For those of you that use Outlook email, you are likely familiar with the auto-signature feature. Auto-signature can pre-populate your contact information to any email you compose. This in itself, is a time saver.
What you may not do is incorporate your closing remarks into your auto-signature. So in addition to your contact information, why not add what you'd typically write at the end of an email as well.
For example add your "Thanks, Joy" or "Best Regards, Joy" or "Have a great day, Joy" a couple of lines above your contact information. It's just one less thing you need to type in every email you write. In a chaotic week of answering hundreds of emails it may only save you a couple of moments each time but it will add up!
