Finding time to exercise is tough so make it count. Do two exercises at once!
If I am going to dedicate an hour of my day to working out, I wanna get as much out of that time as I can. These combinations allow me to get more out of every workout!
- Do overhead arm presses with leg squats
- Combine a hamstring stretch (lying on your back) with sit-ups
- When doing bicep curls balance on one foot
- Jog or walk in place between weight lifting sets
- Do arm raises while you are in a step class
- Do bridge exercises while doing tricep lifts
- Lift your legs in table top while doing chest presses
These little extras allow me to get a little more out of my workout or save time by finishing up a little early!
