Time that is.
Do you know that by snoozing your alarm for 5-10 minutes you will NOT be more rested? It takes longer than that to get REM sleep so snoozing doesn't really give provide you more zzzzs.
So by snoozing your alarm all you are doing is losing time. DO NOT SNOOZE YOUR ALARM. You won't gain sleep and you will lose time.
So getting up sleepy head and get moving!
