You probably sleep 6-9 hours per night. Why not make the most of it!
A good night of sleep will keep you moving more quickly during the day. However, you can also use this time for some beauty repairs. Here are a few tips I've adopted.
- Kerastase Serum Nuit - overnight renewal treatment for your hair
- ROC Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream
- Relastin Eye Cream - In Style recommended this one but haven't used yet.
- Burt's Bees Lip Balm
- Bath & Body Works Body Butter - thick lotion that I use for my hands and feet
So in addition to this, the one final thing I do at night is drink a full glass of water and then I have another that sits on my end table so I can have a glass first thing in the morning.
This little restoration regime will hopefully save my looks and hopefully turn back the clock at least a little bit!
