So watching T.V. is generally a waste of time but we all need a little break. So here is a way to enjoy some down time but still get some much needed projects completed.
There are typically between 10 and 16 minutes of commercials during an hour of T.V. programming. So if you watch 3 hours of television per night, you have up to 48 minutes of commercial time that you could use to do anything from emptying the diswasher to a set of sit-ups. No matter what you do, it will definitely save time you would have spent later!
