I am a big fan of Real Age. It's a website that tells you how "old" you are based on your health and your activities. Once a week they email me tips for how to decrease my real age and stay healthy.
Here is one article in particular that I thought was an easy and fast way to tone-up for summer. 3 Steps to a Summer-Ready Backside It offers three different things you can do in addition to your workout that can make a real difference.
Here is my favorite of the three: "Summer means stairs. Seek the stairs everywhere you go. Here’s how to make them work for your backside: Fully plant your foot on each step, and firmly press through your heel and tighten your glutes as you straighten your leg with each step."
You can just incorporate this into your daily activities. Hooray!
