While I was in Minnesota over Christmas doing my laundry my mother showed me this simple trick.
When you get to the end of the laundry detergent, don't just throw it away. Fill the bottle with a bit of water and swish it around. In my experience, this will get you enought soap for another load of laundry saving money and saving a bit of the environment!
